I started running 15 years ago. I had never ran more than probably three miles.” It is his opinion that “anybody can do it. You just have to find a program and a schedule that works for you and just be very disciplined about it.” In addition to running in the Chicago Marathon, Palmer is also an Assistant Coach for the GCHS Cross Country Team.
