I am a freshman. This is my first year writing for Rampage.
If you could interview anyone (living or dead), who would it be and why? What would be the first question you ask them?
If I could interview anyone at all, I believe I’d choose to interview the former first lady and writer Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. My reasoning for my choosing of her is due to fascination and genuine curiosity that is not only surrounding the details of her marriage with JFK but rather the reality of her private life. You don’t hear much about her in any other context but a brief mention of who she was while never mentioning a detail about how she felt, which may very well be due to the time period, but I’d like to get a different more personal look. I believe the first question I’d ask her is, “What do you believe your life would’ve looked like if President Kennedy hadn’t ever been a part of it?”, as a way of opening up the mind to something one may have avoided the reality of until it was finally spoken aloud and stripped bare.
What’s your favorite thing about Grayslake Central?
My favorite thing about Grayslake Central is the exciting element of newness that comes with a new beginning and new people.
If I were a pizza topping I would be pineapple because people are sometimes apprehensive to try it but often don’t realize what they’re missing out on.
If I forgot this in my backpack, my day would be ruined: my hairbrush because my hair tangles easily.
