On March 3, the boys varsity basketball team won against Antioch Community High School in the IHSA regionals. They play against St. Patrick on March 6 at St. Patrick High School in the regional finals. The boys concluded the regular season with a team record of 17-13 and a conference record of 10-4.

The girls varsity basketball team beat Crystal Lake South 42-37 to win the 3A Regional Championship. The team continued their journey to state by winning the Sectional Semi- Final against Deerfield 58-32. They then played against Saint Viator and won 54-48 to capture the 3A Sectional Championship title. Continuing to Super- Sectionals, they competed at Elgin Community College against Montini, where their journey to state ended with Montini winning 55-33. The girls closed this successful season with
a team record of 29-3-0 and a conference record of 14-0.
